Rishabh Pant
Rishabh Pant’s lively strokeplay and typically chaotic innings stole the show during an action-packed first day at Old Trafford.

Opening partner Sudip Chatterjee pushed the ball back at him, but Easwaran thought the over was over and drinks had been called for; as a result he was run-out, losing 19 runs in total and ending any hopes he may have had of scoring his 28th first-class century.
