De’Aaron Fox

De’Aaron Fox is an American professional basketball player currently representing Sacramento Kings of the National Basketball Association (NBA). A left-handed point guard who can also switch positions as either shooting guard or small forward, Fox was selected in the fifth round of 2017 NBA draft by Sacramento and has also represented his national team during 2018 Summer Olympics.

Fox is an outstanding passer with the ball and can assist his teammates in scoring points. His quick dribble allows him to change speeds quickly to disrupt defenses; and with his long frame he is adept at getting to the rim with ease and finishing strong at finishing opportunities.

Fox not only scores efficiently but he’s an impressive three-point shooter too, having converted 32.1 percent of his triple-point attempts this season. Fox makes for an ideal point guard option for fantasy managers in search of reliable point guard play.

De’Aaron Fox was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. In 2008, his mother Lorraine was diagnosed with breast cancer and eventually succumbed to it in 2010. To honor both Lorraine’s legacy and fight against it, De’Aaron established the De’Aaron Fox Whole Family Foundation to empower breast cancer survivors as well as vulnerable youth.

Fox is one of the league’s top young point guards. An exceptional passer, he can play both inside and outside of the arc for his team – their teammates look up to him as one of their leaders on this Kings squad.

Fox has become an integral part of Sacramento Kings’ rebuilding efforts and fans are delighted he led them back into the playoffs after 17 years.

Fox is making strides to win his inaugural NBA title this season with the Sacramento Kings, after playing an instrumental role in their victory over Utah Jazz in the Western Conference Finals and leading them into another meeting with Los Angeles Clippers for a second-chance playoff showdown. If they can do it, it would mark an amazing achievement for an organization which has struggled so long to achieve success.

Nikola Jokic

Nikola Jokic of the Nuggets may be one of the NBA’s most underrated players. His water polo-esque passes and enthusiasm for basketball tactics like they were his hobby are remarkable – not to mention that his unique frame almost looks like one!

His delicate shoulders and soothing smile bely his fierce defensive instincts, which will be put through their paces on Monday when Denver faces the Kings, who have found new life since an initial slow start to their campaign. Both teams look to strengthen their playoff positioning – however Denver may have a slight edge due to improved defense led by Jokic-led tandem play.

Nuggets’ attack against Sacramento was swift and decisive during the opening quarter, leading 41-21 after just five minutes. De’Aaron Fox struggled with finding his rhythm but Jokic and Domantas Sabonis kept Sacramento within striking distance.

The Nuggets have scored 107 first half points over their past two games against Sacramento while only managing to muster up 88. Nikola Jokic has been instrumental in this offensive explosion, scoring 31.5 points per game while pulling down 13.9 rebounds; his playmaking abilities make him second only to LeBron James as an impressive triple-double artist in the league.

Jokic’s extraordinary talents have mesmerized fans across the world. Despite his small frame, he can play all three positions on the court with ease and is widely revered among Denver community. Furthermore, his presence serves as an outstanding ambassador for Denver in both local and global sports circles.

Jokic, in addition to his basketball skills, holds numerous endorsement deals with major brands. Currently the highest-paid NBA player with an estimated average annual salary of $55.2 Million per season he earned two MVP Awards and five All Star selections as a player during his five year All-Star run; as well as being part of National Honor Society and volunteering for Habitat for Humanity.

On December 16 at 10:00 pm ET, the Denver Nuggets and Sacramento Kings match-up will air live on NBC Sports California and Altitude Sports; viewers can also stream it via NBA League Pass and Prime Video.

Jamal Murray

The Denver Nuggets are one of the top teams in the Western Conference. Led by two-time NBA MVP Nikola Jokic and boasting many talented young players like Luka Doncic and Jamal Murray – their recent loss against Utah Jazz does not threaten their chances for playoff participation this year.

Jamal Murray has been one of the team’s key young contributors in their recent success, helping make an impressionful playoff run with them while contributing significantly to their defensive effort – key components to recent wins for Denver.

Murray posted his fourth consecutive 20-point game against the Los Angeles Lakers on Thursday night and shot 5-for-10 from 3-point range – his shooting has improved substantially over his past three games and should remain an excellent option in all fantasy formats.

Murray has averaged 26.1 points per game this season while also contributing 7.7 assists and 5.2 rebounds per contest. His 3-point shooting has exceeded 40 percent while averaging over nine free-throw attempts per contest. Furthermore, Murray is an outstanding defensive force on the Nuggets’ roster – making him an attractive fantasy option in most formats.

Jamal Murray is a Canadian professional basketball player currently representing the Denver Nuggets of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Drafted as part of the first round (7th overall) in 2016, Murray also represents his national basketball team at international competitions.

Denver Nuggets led throughout the first half, but Sacramento Kings rallied back with De’Aaron Fox and Domantas Sabonis scoring 34 combined points in the second half to take back control. A late rally by Denver Nuggets gave them a 129-129 win on Monday evening.

Domantas Sabonis

Sabonis has registered 20.6 points, 14.1 rebounds and 6.3 assists during his debut season with the Kings. Drafted 11th overall by Orlando Magic (in 2016 NBA draft) as part of their opening-round selections in that competition. Prior to Orlando he played for Indiana Pacers and Oklahoma City Thunder. Born and raised in Portland Oregon.

Sabonis is one of the few players capable of standing up to Jokic, as a three-time MVP and widely considered to be the premier big man in the league. Sabonis can utterly dominate anyone on the court; in particular this season. Kings players have struggled to contain him while Nuggets depth has diminished significantly.

Sabonis has outscored Jokic this season in four games by averaging 23 points, 10 rebounds, and 10.2 assists – slightly lower shooting numbers than his season averages but showing that he still can hold his own against some of the NBA’s finest big men.

The Kings have done well this season when taking on underdog roles, winning 11 out of their 20 moneyline underdog games with odds of 1.5 or greater and going over their set total in 15 out of 23 such contests.

However, the Kings haven’t had many chances to prove themselves during the second half of the season due to injuries suffered by two key players, De’Aaron Fox and Jamal Murray.

Even amid their recent struggles, the Sacramento Kings remain in contention for playoff contention. Tied with Los Angeles Clippers for ninth place in the Western Conference and with an opportunity to earn one or more wild card spots.

The Kings need to strengthen their defense, starting by restricting open looks for opponents. Furthermore, they should increase the pace of play; previously they ran their offense well but recently they have struggled due to injuries or suspensions, causing them to drop games they should have won.
